We are very happy to provide an inclusive wrap around care offer to all our pupils. Our service, which provides structured child care with planned activities, is led by qualified staff who know and see your child in school every day. We offer child care at the beginning and at the end of the school day.

BREAKFAST CLUB

-open term-time only
– sessions run from 7:40am
– closed during the school holidays and PD days
– places to be pre-booked by email
£5.00 fee for each session, inclusive of healthy breakfast items; cereals/toast

Parents and carers who wish to send their child to Breakfast Club need to book a place, this is so that our supervisory ratios are correct. We ask that bookings are made a week in advance, by emailing enquiries@wolviston.org.uk. Where places are required at short notice please e-mail as soon as possible and we will try and accommodate the request.

AFTER SCHOOL CLUB
– open term-time only
– two options available: Option 1: 3:05pm to 4.10pm or Option 2: 3.10pm to 5.40pm
– closed during the holidays and PD Days
– places to be pre-booked online
– fee for each session, dependent on session booked (see below)

To support parents and carers in the current economic climate, the cost of After School Club has been frozen and charges will remain the same for 2022-23, however it is likely that costs will rise in 2023-24.

Parents and carers understand that by booking a place they are committing to pay the full cost of each half term club and will make payment via ParentPay. Failure to do so will affect future Wrap Around Care bookings

If you need to contact a member of After School Club staff, please telephone 01740 644374. Lines are open between 3.10pm and 5.40pm. Please Note: After School Leaders will not be able to assist with school related queries.

Option 13:05pm – 4:10pm session is £5.00
Option 23:10pm – 5:40pm session is £8.50 (inc. light snack)

To ensure we meet correct staff/pupil ratios we must keep an accurate track of attendance at each club. There are 25 places available for each club. Once each club is full, bookings will no longer be possible. Bookings can only be made via the links sent out to parents and carers. Where emergency wrap-around care is needed please contact the Head Teacher, we aim to meet requests for exceptional circumstances.

Late Fees
Parents and Carers who fail to collect their child on or before 5.40pm, will incur a £5 penalty charge. Increasing to £10.00 after 5.50pm and every fifteen minutes there after.

If children are not collected by 6pm, and parents/carers can not be reached, our Wrap Around staff will begin safeguarding procedures and will telephone The Children’s Hub.
